Our Team
The People Behind the Projects
Experienced operators, developers, and construction professionals united by a single focus: delivering results for hotel owners.
Who We Are
Operators First. Developers Second.
Every member of the Converge Development team has worked inside the hospitality industry — not just around it. That operational foundation shapes how we plan, manage, and deliver every project we take on.
We're a small, focused team by design. Every client works directly with senior leadership, and every project gets the attention it deserves.
Adam Dobmeier
Owner, CEO & Principal
Adam brings deep hospitality ownership and operations experience to Converge Development. Having navigated hotel assets through PIPs, brand conversions, and full-property renovations firsthand, he leads the firm with a practitioner's perspective — focused on protecting owner value at every stage of a project.
Abby Dobmeier
Owner & Principal
Abby brings operational discipline and a detail-oriented approach to every engagement. Her background in hospitality management informs how Converge Development plans and executes projects — with a constant focus on minimizing disruption, maintaining brand standards, and delivering results that hold up long after completion.
Vince LoPresti
VP of Development
Vince leads development strategy and client relationships at Converge Development. With extensive experience in hospitality development, brand conversion feasibility, and project oversight, he works closely with ownership groups and investment partners to move projects from concept to completion with confidence.
